Welcome to Gradence (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in any of our programmes, accessing our website, or participating in our learning community, you (“participant,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing registration or making any payment.
1. General Overview
Gradence provides structured, high-quality learning programmes designed to help early career professionals build practical, job-relevant skills. These Terms govern your use of our services, including online courses, learning materials, digital platforms, and any associated communications.
By enrolling in a programme or using any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility
To participate in any Gradence programme, you must:
Be at least 16 years old or have parental consent if younger.
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Have access to a reliable internet connection and a compatible device to participate in online sessions and materials.
3. Enrolment and Payment
Programme fees must be paid in full before the start of the course unless otherwise stated in writing.
All fees are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless specified.
You are responsible for ensuring timely payment using accepted payment methods.
Failure to complete payment may result in loss of access or cancellation of enrolment.
4. Refund, Cancellation, and Deferral Policy
At Gradence, we value transparency, fairness, and clear communication. By enrolling in any of our programmes, you agree to the following policies:
4.1 Refund Eligibility and Conditions
A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:
The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of making payment, and
The participant has not been granted access to:
The private learning community,
Live or recorded sessions, or
Project briefs, assignments, templates, or any course material.
If both conditions are met, a full refund (minus transaction processing fees, typically 3–5%) may be issued.

Payment reference or confirmation
Reason for requesting a refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 UK business days.
4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Once you have accessed any part of the programme, refunds are not available. This includes, but is not limited to:
Viewing any live or recorded session
Accessing resources, assignments, or templates
Being added to the learning platform or community
Withdrawing mid-programme
Scheduling conflicts, personal commitments, or change of mind
Incorrect programme enrolment
Removal due to violation of the Code of Conduct or academic dishonesty
No partial refunds are issued for missed sessions or incomplete participation.
4.3 Programme Deferral (One-Time Only)
A one-time deferral may be granted if:
Requested at least 48 hours before the first live session, and
You have not accessed any course material or platform.
Requests must be sent to support@gradence.co.uk.
Deferrals are subject to cohort availability and must be used within 3 months.
Once deferred, no refunds will be granted thereafter.
4.4 Transfers and Substitutions
Programme registrations are non-transferable.
Once payment is made, your enrolment cannot be transferred to another person.
4.5 Issues with Access or Technology
We aim to ensure seamless access to all learning materials.
If you face technical difficulties, contact support@gradence.co.uk immediately.
Refunds for technical issues will be provided only if we cannot resolve them within 3 business days.
Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, compatible device, and access to required platforms (e.g. Zoom, LMS).
4.6 Programme Cancellation or Rescheduling (By Us)
If Gradence cancels or postpones a programme due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low enrolment, staffing, or technical issues), participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
A deferral to the next available cohort at no additional cost.
No further compensation will be provided beyond these options.
4.7 Disputes and Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute, participants must contact Gradence to attempt resolution.
Chargebacks made after programme access may constitute a breach of these Terms.
Gradence reserves the right to contest chargebacks where services have been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, templates, and resources provided by Gradence are protected by copyright.
You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any content without prior written consent.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and integrity throughout the programme.
Gradence reserves the right to remove any participant who:
Engages in disruptive or unethical behaviour
Shares confidential materials without permission
Violates academic integrity policies
Removed participants are not eligible for refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gradence’s total liability for any claim arising from participation in its programmes is limited to the amount paid for that programme.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income or missed employment opportunities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Acceptance of Policy
By completing payment and registering for a programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including our Refund, Cancellation, and Deferral Policy.
